Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Another way to increase our strength is through yoga. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. If we want to lose weight, we should avoid eating too much junk food and drink plenty of water.
