FAQ

Why does our weight change with age

How do you determine if your bodyweight is changing?

When there is more muscle mass than fat, weight loss can occur. This means that you must consume more calories than you use daily. The most common cause of weight loss is decreased activity levels. Other causes include illness, stress, pregnancy, hormonal imbalances, certain medications, and poor eating habits. Weight gain occurs when there is more fat than muscle mass. It happens when people eat more calories than they use during a given day. It can be caused by overeating or increased physical activity as well hormonal changes.

Our bodies lose weight because we eat fewer calories than we burn. By exercising regularly, our metabolism rates increase which in turn burns more calories during the day. But this doesn't guarantee that we'll lose weight. All that matters is whether we're losing weight or gaining muscles. Weight loss is possible if you burn more calories than you consume. However, if we consume more calories than we burn, we end up storing them as extra fat.

As we age, we become less agile and don't move as often. We also tend not to eat as much food as we used to when we were younger. As a result, we gain weight. We also tend to look larger because we have more muscle.

Without regularly weighing yourself, it is impossible to gauge how much weight you have lost. There are many ways you can measure your weight. You can also measure your waist, hips or thighs. Some prefer to use the bathroom scales, others prefer to use tape measures.

Track your progress by measuring your waistline and weighing yourself every week. To see how far you have come, you can take photos of yourself every few month.

You can also find out how much you weigh by looking up your height and weight online. If you are 5'10" tall, and you weigh 180 lbs, then you would probably weigh 180 lbs.

Take herbs and other supplements to improve your immunity

It is possible to boost immune function by using herbs and natural remedies. There are many natural remedies that can boost immunity, including echinacea (oregano), ginger, ginkgo biloba and vitamin C.

These herbal remedies shouldn't be considered a replacement for medical treatment. They may cause side effects such as nausea, diarrhea, stomach cramps, headaches, dizziness, and allergic reactions.

How can you tell what is good?

You have to listen to what your body says. Your body will tell you how much exercise, nutrition, and sleep you need. To avoid overdoing it, it's important that you pay attention to what your body is telling you. Listen to your body and make sure you're doing everything you can to stay healthy.
